All our published prices exclude PACKING & DELIVERY. From time to time we may offer for sale certain goods that do not attract delivery charges.
Goods will be sent by normal inland carrier or post at our options.
Delivery to non UK mainland addresses is not included in the prices shown on this website and goods will only be sent after discussion with the client and may involve additional payment to the values indicated on this site
Orders for non stock items, or personalised items, once accepted cannot be cancelled without our written agreement and payment of cancellation fee.
Goods unsuitable may be returned at the buyers risk and expense within 10 days of original purchase. Full credit will be given providing that they are received back by us, with receipt of purchase, in first class saleable condition in their original sales packaging. Any such returns must be agreed by us in advance. If items returned are found to be damaged then an appropriate amount will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Goods received in a damaged condition should NOT be accepted by the customer. If the damage is visible only after opening the parcel then the customer should contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for them to be collected.
Refunds will be made only after receiving goods back into our possession, and will be processed by whichever payment method the original transaction was transacted.

The seller retains the title to all the goods supplied to the buyer until all have been paid in full. In case of default by the customer the company may (whether with or without previous notice) itself take repossession of the goods and the Company is in such circumstances irrevocably authorised by the customer to enter any of the customers premises for the purpose of removing goods. If not withstanding that the property in and ownership of the goods has not passed to the customer, the customer shall deal with the goods in such a manner as to pass to a third party a valid title to the goods, the customer shall hold the proceeds of such sale on trust for the Company. The responsibility for any loss or injury after the date of consignment prior to the property in the goods passing to the customer is accepted by the customer as Bailee.
We will always endeavour to meet our customers delivery requirements and any delivery/despatch dates are given in all good faith, but we cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery/despatch howsoever caused.
